Via the help of the double auger system , it is possible to clean the burn pot area and obtain a productive and efficient combustion. Besides this , it provides a comfort usage and fuel savings.
The System of Cinder Burning , Uncovering the Top of the Flame, Spreading and Blending Coal
As in normal boilers the ashes (cinders) fossilized in the burning pot cover the outlets, it obstacles the flame to burn efficiently and constantly.With the automatical mechanizm that moves front and rear thanks to this system, 100% total burning is acquired.So the user gets rid of having to uncover the top of the machine and to take out the ashes.Except from Kozlusan loading motor with redactor, another motor with redactor is used for this system.(Secured by Kozlusan).Its most important difference from other agitating boilers is that there is almost no defarmation as the blending apparatus is not always in fire.
Proximity Motor Blockage Protection System :
These system has two functions. As the mechanical device (centrifugal ) in the motor causes problems , instead of using this the sensor measures the cycles of the motor and remain a reliable function.If there is a blockage happens because of the undesired tough materials in the fuel ,this system provides a % 100 safety and prevents the motor from burning.This system only functions with monophase motors.
